Inner tratak is a meditation that is done by closing eyes. In this type of meditation, person focuses within himself by concentrating on third eye. This also helps to remove all negative thoughts.
Middle tratak is a meditation that is done with open eyes . In this type of meditation,one concentrates on a candle flame ,a point,some symbol,object etc. It improves concentration and memory and makes one spiritual.
Outer tratak is a meditation in which one focuses on distant objects like moon,sun,stars.A person with poor or weak eye sight should not do this.It improves the ability to concentrate, increases motivation,gives magnetic charm.
How to do Tratak:-
1) Sit on an Aasan .
2) Sit quiet, with straight and comfortable posture.
3) Choose any of the Tratak illustrated above.
4) Practice 5 minutes daily with regularity at same place and time.
5) Gradually, increase the time .
