There are signs that indicate that you may be ungrounded which means that  many a times you  completely go unnoticed, or should i say  an inability to focus or concentrate on what you are doing for any length of time due to hunger, headaches etc. There are several signs that tells that you are ungrounded. Some of them are :

  • You get distracted easily
  • You think and think and think
  • You start experiencing anxiety
  • Even every small thing makes you keep worrying
  • You get possessed by desire for materialistic things
  • You feel obsessed with your personality and your image

There are some physical signs of being ungrounded which can also give you a hint that it is time to get grounded now.Some of them are :

  • Inflammation
  • Poor sleep
  •  pains in body
  • Fatigue
